This is the worst use of land in this area. Please leave this land open and don’t build on it. Every open land doesn’t need a building on it. We don’t need more congestion esp in the summer months.

As a life-long resident of East Hampton, I am disturbed by the proposed rezoning of this property. I urge our Town Board Members to not be swayed. The potential environmental risks are tremendous and irrevocable. This land is not the proper location for such a high density residential complex (as that which is proposed).
