The town of Hull is being systematically devestated by a well larger than the CAFO and homeowners are losing their wells. CAFO will do the same..

As a real estate appraiser and a property owner in the town of Rome I am very concerned about the proposed CFO's effect on our water quality, way of life and residential values if it is allowed to proceed.
