In 2005 our son Teddy Guerra and Isaiah Roybal were tragically murdered at a Halloween party. Another individual, Robert Sandoval was critically injured. The assailant, Rodolfo Gonzales, pictured here then eluded police for 2 years, he was eventually captured in California, on drug related charges and gave police a false identity.He was extradited to Colorado and brought up on 2 counts of first degree murder. Before the trial could occur charges we're dropped to manslaughter do the fact that the main witness went missing. We believe without a doubt he will kill again if he is released. We are hoping to prevent another tragedy such as this one from occurring again!
