A person who takes another persons life... should spend the rest of their life behind bars..... the deceased doesn’t get that privilege to live, breathe, why should that inmate get his freedom back??

I knew Annette since she was born. Many many years i took dancing lessons from her mom. My mother used to baby sit Annette. She was a beautiful girl. I dont feel Mr Ball should ever experience freedom again. He robbed Annettes daughter of a mother and Annette of being a mother
