This quote on quote man took the mother of my best friend when we were just very young. She has had to go through so many important stages in a girl/ womens life without her mother now because of him. He does not deserve to ever be set free to have the chance to put another family through what he has this one.

There is no reason to have this person released. Please do the right thing and keep him locked up so he does not attack another innocent person. We need to make a stand to those who do not value life for you will serve your entire sentence. If you decided to release him you are sending the wrong message to society. I am so frustrated with these offenders getting out early and then committing more crimes to our citizens.
