I’ve been friends with this family for more than 10 years and I can certainly tell by their conversations when this is brought up how it has devastated this family and will continue to haunt them the rest of their lives, What a cruel way for this family to have discovered the body and I can’t even begin to comprehend what this woman’s daughter who was 8 years old went through her life without her mother and what her husband and niece went through and the nightmares I’m sure they endured and still do to this day. This monster or so called man or human being needs to be left in prison to rot. He is a low down scum of the earth. He doesn’t deserve to be out on parole; HIS PAROLE SHOULD BE DENIED! My heart breaks for this family, so do what is right and leave that low down monster in prison for the rest of his life!!! DENY HIS PAROLE!

Please deny parole for Stephen Clifford Ball. The callousness of the murder and what he did after shows what kind of person he was, is and will be. I would fear for society if he were to be paroled. Annette is not able to get a second chance and her family will never get parole from the life sentence they received from his heinous cold blooded crime. Please take into strong consideration the victim and the survivor's of the victim. Don't victimize them again. Keep him where he belongs. Behind bars!!!
