Please DENY parole to this violent criminal. When he took my Uncle’s life....he killed his elderly Mother because she grieved for her youngest son and 8 days later his older brother (my Daddy) passed away because of the way he lost his brother.....he should be charged with the murder of 3 people!!!

This defendant should be made to serve out the remainder of his sentence in full. This is a matter of the safety of our families and our community not to mention the accountability for his violent and unlawful actions.

He shot my Uncle Lawrence in cold blood. We have suffered without our beloved family member for 22 years. Frederick Carter needs to be in a cage for the rest of his life.
