Jimmy was a cool guy. I've known him for quite sometime, and he was a very outstanding gentleman. He person who committed this horrible act of violence to him should not be granted a chance of freedom. You do the crime, you do the time. He needs to serve everyday of his sentence with no chance of parole. To grant this murderer parole would not justify any comfort to the victims family, no closure. Just speaking on behalf of Jimmy's family.

Almost 20 years later later Jimmy is still loved and missed daily. I have faith that the parole board will hear us and do the right thing.

I don't think this man deserves to get out of jail for the rest of his life he is a ruthless careless heartless person and deserves to be in jail all alone the way he left James family alone. There are a lot of people in prison that have health issues doesn't mean that they should be able to get out!

He's NEVER apologized. He's still as selfish today as he was on the night in question. Many ppl have had illness in prison, he's not the first. Let's show him the system works.

To who it may concern,
Jimmy was my best friend. A man who would do anything for you and never asked for anything in return. A family man who cared deeply for his family and friends. A man who was the sole provider for his family. A man who mad everyone smile even in the bad times. A man who would defend you right, wrong, or indifferent. A man who had moral compass and a humbleness I can never forget. You see, Jimmy meant alot to many of us. We valued and cherished every moment ever spent with him and it still hurts so much today that he is not with us. I fully believe in forgiveness but I also believe that a person should always pay the debt for their trespasses. When you take a life you take the life of those who loved that person. You rob them of all they could have had and enjoyed from that person. You may often change the circumstances of how people love especially being that they may be that sole provider. And never once before that person takes a life do they ever think of all the circumstances that are erected from taking that life. I personally ask the courts and parole board not to release this person from prison for taking Jimmy's life. If you take a life you should expect not to have a life. Why should this man be released to go on and enjoy his life while the rest of us suffer until we are no more? And while we suffer he gets to get out and put it behind him and never think about what he caused to a family that needed Jimmy in so many ways financially. What he caused to friends who loved him dearly and could always count on him in our own times of trouble. It just doesn't seem fair. In the hideous manner of what he did to Jimmy and then sat around and helped look for him fully knowing what he did. I'm sorry but, Where was the remorse then? I am fully persuaded that this man should never see the light of day and although there is forgiveness in my heart at the same time you reap what you sow. He took a life, so he should be given life with no parole.
