He is also destroying his property along the Manatee River on 25th St. East in Ellenton/Parrish. Bulldozed, cleared, destroyed habitat (where bald eagle always nested), and building cement wall so no one can see. Greedy developer!

These lands are already protected. This is just another of the many legal ploys that M. Beruff has attempted in order to find a way to dredge through the seagrass and plow a path through the mangroves for a marina. Please do not allow this to happen.

This mitigation bank permit is another tactic to get around rules that protect wetlands from development. Please do not allow this ruse to be successful, deny this permit.

This project is harmful to waters I love to use for recreation, and for our future PUBLIC water supply, marine life, etc. People like Beruff put personal gain above any public goal or benefit, and they need to be stopped by our collective action. For our children and for our future in Florida.

Please reject Beruf's repeated attempts to ruin our coast in Manatee County. The citizens have repeatedly rejected this project and it should not go forward.

Request for a mitigation bank in that area is simply a camouflage expression for total wetlands destruction.

No way this should be approved. Our shoreline needs to be protected at all costs. This man will develop anything and everything to line his pockets. He cares nothing for the environment.
