Be ruff has a long history of manipulating public officials through political contributions and by getting himself appointed to influential boards. Please don't allow him to destroy the West Coast of Florida!

The FDEP should reject this permit and make Mr. Beruff;s company COMPLY with the Environmental permitting rules. i.e. Permit ERP_33849. The whole project is an insult to the people of Bradenton. We value the bayshore in its current format, not to become an over commercialized area.

Protecting the environment and not setting a precedent for similar requests in the future should be the focus of the state's decision. I oppose this request by the developer, Carlos Beruff.

This would be disastrous to the environment and the travel flow. During season now the travel backs up so badly coming and going to the islands. That needs to be handled before anymore building.

Just one more grab by a big developer, regardless of impact.

It will just be the beginning of the destruction of the beautiful area. It's happening all over. Stop it here.
