Dear Members of the Parole Board:

Please keep Antonio Richardson in prison for the callous rapes and murders of Julie and Robin Kerry. Mr. Richardson viciously ended two precious lives; he does not deserve the second chance he denied to his promising young victims. I beseech you to serve justice by denying him parole.
