Denver Super Shuttle drivers have been struggling to be treated fairly, and gain a voice in their workplace since 2009. In October 2011, the drivers voted 77 to 4 to be represented by the Communication Workers of America (CWA).
Unfortunately, Super Shuttle which is a subsidiary of Veolia Transportation and partly owned by the French government has responded with threats, illegal firings and punitive proposals.
Super Shuttle is now insisting that the drivers accept a wage proposal that is estimated to reduce their income by about 30%.
Most of the Denver Super Shuttle drivers have traveled thousands of miles from their homelands to pursue the American Dream.
Please stand with these drivers and tell Super Shuttle CEO Brian Weir to deal fairly with these workers.
they voted for representation years ago already. stop fighting it and pay people what they deserve.
