This petition I am starting to try to remove my brother-in-law from jail. Yes, he made a mistake by stealing but I feel he needs rehab instead of being in jail. I have known this man for the majority of my life, and I feel the 1-10 sentenced he was issued far exceeds the crime. I would like to petition to have him removed from jail , and given the oppourtunity to go out and work and provide for his wife and four small children. I know all of us have made a mistake at some point in our lives, so I am asking all who read this to give him the chance to learn and grow from his mistakes while supporting his family. Please consider opening your heart for this cause...he is capable of many great things... Lets see him get that chance.
