The Marcus & Millichap clearly states, "The final decision on what to wear and what is appropriate apparel is the responsibility of each Supervisor (Operations Manager or Regional Manager). In the case of the Seattle Office dress code, the "acting" Regional Manager deems denim in the workplace unacceptable. In the Seattle area, it is very rare to experience an organization that does not allow denim in the workplace. The Seattle pace and culture prides itself in being a more relaxed environment to live and work, being very different than the other regions of which the other offices our "acting" Regional Manager oversees, which requires a different judgment on his no denim in the workplace "rule". We respectfully request a change in the dress code for the Seattle office, as follows: > Denim Friday > Denim on weekdays for Agents when they have no office or field appointments > Denim on weekdays for Agents Assistants as they do not take appointments with Clients and work solely in the back office > Denim on weekdays when Agents/Assistants attend property inspections
