Denial of Clemency or Pardon of David Liner, D.O.C. #94178
I am wanting to petition the Courts and Board of Pardons regarding inmate David Liner who has published that he is filing for clemency. This criminal was charged with first degree murder. The jury gave the victims family the choice of the death penalty or life with no parole. He was given life with NO PAROLE! Had he received the death penalty, he would not be here today fighting for clemency.
He intentionally murdered a young 20 year old mother, wife, daughter, sister, and a friend. She did not get to see her son grow up, graduate, get married and have kids. She will never see her 2 grandkids. Her family will never spends holidays with her again. He took away so much and for no reason. Why should he be able to get out and enjoy his life. What exactly does LIFE WITH NO PAROLE mean?
Roxanna was found brutally murdered in her home with her son lying next to her on the floor. He was just 2. He also attended her funeral knowing they had not found out who did this to her. If he is released, what does this mean to the victims family? Does their decision to spare his life mean he can walk free? This is not fair and on that I DO NOT WANT HIM TO GET CLEMENCY OR PARDONED FOR ANY REASON!
