Hey, my name is Christopher Robinson, a proud grad from Denbigh High for the year 1991, am now a successful resident of the United State of America, thanks to Denbigh high school they have laid the foundation not just for me but for thousands of successful graduates, and will no doubt in my opinion continue to do so for as long as Denbigh high school keeps its existence. Mr Mike Henry on the other hand has done tremendous things not just for Denbigh high school, but for other areas as well witch am sure is very much appreciated by myself and others as well, but I do believe that if one wants to show there appreciation to the politician we can definitely find other ways of doing so without destroying the name and legacy of (Denbigh High School) as Jamaicans we should work towards preserving our country's history and not seek to destroy them. With that I say thanks again to you Mr. Mike Henry for all that you've done over the years but together please let us change our way of thinking at this time and save Denbigh High thanks. All graduates of 1991 please hit me up on Facebook .

i strongly oppose the changing of the name of Denbigh High this is because the name Denbigh High has just recently became notices across not only the may pen area but all of jamaica. This is because of the group of dedicated teachers and students that have given their all to ensure that Denbigh High could stand up to traditional High Schools and even surpass some of them. The changing of the name will only set up back and this would have meant that all of our hard word and dedication was all for nothing

This school change my life and gave me family for a lifetime. It is more than a name of a school it is a family name. Denbigh nation is a family. We can honor someone with a statue on the campus or name one of building after them but please keep the Denbigh name in place.

I believe that the school should keep it's name. There's so much legacy and honor that is tagged to it's name. What you need to do is come together and try and endorse the school name by doing small acts of kindness or good. Let the prestigious Denbigh High keep it's name!

As a past student of Denbigh I shall declare No Name change. The school was not built nor uplifted by the mp alone it was based off of everybody's participation from principal vice principal teachers and the student body and parents as well now that Denbigh high is doing exceptionally well over the years mr mp wants to make a land mark my suggestion to you mr mp build a school and you can name it however you choose to leave denbigh name alone

Why not just build the auditorium and name it after him or name somewhere else after him rather than change the name of the whole school? The name of the school is a part of its history, I don't think it should be changed.
