Yanis should be demoted from their staff position on funniewars due to a consistent pattern of toxic behavior that undermines both the team environment and player experience. As a staff member, Yanis holds a position of responsibility and influence, yet they have repeatedly exhibited disrespectful language, favoritism, and hostility towards both players and fellow staff. He has impusively abused his power in several minis by false banning multiple people such as the most recent case where Jolteaun was banned mid mini for bidding on a alt during market (wich has NEVER been bannable) thus making his team lose the mini, meanwhile Yanis's team was in 3rd place tied with 2nd and Jolteauns team being in the lead when this incident took place. And to make matters worse, this was not the only terrible case of this, there are many more victims to his abusive immature tyranny. This not only damages the server’s reputation but also drives away new and existing members who expect fair and enjoyable gameplay. Furthermore, Yanis's refusal to accept constructive feedback or collaborate effectively with the team creates internal conflict and disrupts moderation efforts. To maintain a healthy, welcoming community and a strong staff team, it is essential to replace Yanis with someone who upholds the server’s values and treats others with respect.
