The O5 council is taken very seriously, everyone looks up to all of the members of it and they represent our Foundation as a whole. All O5's are granted a certain role within our Foundation, and multiple personnel have noticed that O5 councilmen 'O5-2' has been showing signs of activity throughout a 4 week duration. His current positioning is the Overseer of the Scientific Department, and many Foundation Personnel have noticed a lack of presence from him on Area 27. We would like a better face of the Scientific Department, and a better O5 council member as a whole. The removal of this council member will ensure a better future for the Foundation and the Scientific Department's integrity.
