Cascadia RA has not authority right to block Lake Vista residents to access to lake side to enjoy the amenities by build up fencing and request us to register at their guardhouse. We need MPSJ to expedite on the action to conclude only ONE legal guardhouse and RA in this entire area to avoid further conflict between the residents.
