Knock it down.What other World Heritage site has an eyesore like the ruin of the old St David's Hotel next to it,also the dormitory college block wants taking down

These buildings must also be a danger. Needs sorting, this wouldn't have been allowed to happen in the Lake District!

Have only lived here for 12 months but have been coming to Harlech regularly for a number of years and it is an eyesore and I imagine becoming dangerous

Glad someone has started this and hope that it helps to get things done around that area. Will pass on to friends of mine who come down to play golf and do a lot of walking in this wonderful part of wales

The demolition and complete development of the total area needs to take place urgently to promote HARLECH and local businesses.

This derelict building acts as a draw to undesirable elements of the locality who break the windows, start fires, strip the roof of slates and lead and act like hooligans. It lets the area down and is a sorry reminder of what was a thriving hotel in its day.
