I studied Music Technology at Coleg Harlech between 2007-2008. Harlech was a place which allowed me to develop on a spiritual level and I have a deep love for the surroundings. Such a beautiful place. I believe that a new college campus, holiday homes and leisure facilities would be an amazing step for this town and would encourage more visitors for both education and relaxation.

Lots of time has been given to developers and committees making decisions regarding this development. It is time for harlech residence to make our feelings known. This is an eyesore for residents and tourists alike as one enters harlech from bottom road. Also make it a pleasing development which will also create much needed employment.

This has hone on for too long, and is an eyesore and detrimental both to visitors and residents alike. The run down appearance reflects on us all, not least Gwynedd County Council fir allowing this to continue.

This building continues to deteoriate, it is both visually and environmentally unacceptable, I urge the authorities to act to bring the matter to a conclusion whatever that may be.
