It beggars belief that this place still stands. It'll fall down of its own accord one day, hopefully with no one inside or near by. In the interests of public safety this matter needs rectifying with great urgency.

It has gone on too long, now is the optimum time to move forward as the new penrhyn bridge and the castle hotel renovations are bringing lots of visitors. There is a great need for a large hotel and all the facilities.

I have been working at the theatre for the past 3 years, and it has bern extremely challenging to keep positive in a very negative environment, with a town that is almost breaking down. Local services and local moral is at an all time low. Interventions, regeneration and investment is needed.

Maybe convert Coleg Harlech into cheap affordable studio flats could also bring new jobs there too... to bring it down without looking at other options is ridiculous.

too much of wales has elements of blight and it is time for the planners to get a move on sorted these issues out.
