He is a corrupt politician, he does not possess any ethics or morality whatsoever and there needs to be a complete investigation of the entire Town of Huntington, the Ethics and Zoning Board.

I am grateful to Newsday for publishing this piece of investigative journalism and I do believe Mark Cuthbertson's actions have been self-serving. I also worry about his alliances and relationships on other rezoning issues that have been put forward for his support.

This is the inevitable result of too much power being concentrated in the hands of a select few. Both Cuthbertson and the judge should be removed.

You need to step down until a Federal Investigation is completely to prove your guilt or innocence.

He should resign. At the very least Mr. Cuthbertson should be suspended until this is sorted out.

Either Mr. Cuthberson knowingly took advantage of his place in local government, or if he claims ignorance then he is too uninformed to continue in his current position.

I'm very disappointed in him. I drive by that Preserved land on Oldfield Rd near his home and I think "why couldn't that have been done with the property that Avalon Bay is on.
get rid of him!
