We the supporting roles employees aredemanding fairness in the workplace when positions, promotions, reclassifications, merit and reorganizations are being considered.Under the administration of Jeff Graham, theIT Organization was shuffled around,titles were changed andareas were placed under new management. No considerations were given to credentials, track record, or opportunity was given for advancement. Another example of unfairness; is certain individuals were reclassed and or title changed without having the credentials, or the skillset for the position.
