Dreadful coverage for broadband in my area and rural companies are struggling to compete - to have a competitive economy broadband must be a priority - all new build homes and developments should also be future proofed for fibre to the home - we have been fobbed off with outdated copper technology and it's time our executive realised they need to be more pro-active and progressive in terms of fibre broadband we want to encourage growth in all of our industries and not be left behind - we need more investment in our rural infrastructure and clawback from BT has to be vigorously pursued.

Paying for 2 broadband services 1 for the house the other for business and only getting at best 0.25 meg. Impossible to work with.

My address isn't even on the nibroadband website even though I've been there for over 20 years. Done away with fixed line services years ago because phone was so bad never mind broadband

Was promised fibre optic in Feb paid three monthly bills and still had no connection. Still fighting to get my money back. All houses surrounding us have super fibre optic and I can see the box from my front door.

My area is an absolute joke on a bad day 0.3 meg on a good day 1.0 meg all the usual excuses from BT your are too far away from the fibre cabinet my response to them is move the bloody fibre cabinet BT openreach need to get there act together

Speed of broadband is useless cannot watch Netflix feels like I have stepped back in time since moving closer to town 4 years ago. Very frustrating when trying to do Skype business calls makes Ulster look so backward.

Ther is fibre broadband going from the exchange till the green box on the road, with 2 children in secondary school it is essential for broadband till do ther research

Area is covered by all the NI sites as superfast, currently there are 2 roads where you can access speeds over 0.4mb and even at the only until about half way up the road, something ends to be done for rural areas, at the minute it seems to be we can put in the cabinate that makes an area fibre compatible, whether customers can get broadband isn't BT'S problem.but there happy to charge for it anyways

Have been on with Bt complaining about slow speeds. When u go into there web site the speed they predict an the actual speed big big difference .Paying big money for a poor service
