we actually did it and the government finally agreed to raise the age limit to 32. this was a huge fight for everyone who felt like they were losing their futures but we stuck with it and won. lets just make sure they follow through on the implementation now.

1991 was the last time when BD govt. increased the govt. job entrance age from 27 to 30 considering the average longevity 57. During the 30 years, there has been no increase to the job entrance age limit whereas the average longevity of Bangladeshi people is now 73. Even, the age limit of retiremennt was increased to 59 from 57 in 2011 but increase the age limit of govt. job entrance has been overlooked. Increasing the 'age limit' was also mentioned in the Election Communique of 2018 provided by the rulling party Awami League.
Considering the helpless situation, the job seeker youth generation has aleeady arranged press conference, talk show & submitted memorandum to the ministry of Education as well as Public Administration. They are expecting the honorable PM to realize their helplessness & come forward with a humanitarian response by declaring the covid stimulus of 32 as age limit to govt. job entrance.

It has been a crying need to increase the age limit in entering job as we have already lost more than a year due to COVID-19 without any major job exam and job circular.

I have lost 3 years during the completion of honors for session jam.Now coronavirus pandemic has already taken 1.5 years. So i need 32 years for entrance in govt job.
We urge the Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina on the eve of the 50th anniversary of independence, the birth centenary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and according to the election manifesto of the ruling party to increase the age limit from 30 to 32 as a stimulus of Covid-19 for jobs considering the loss of two years.
আমি অনার্স মাস্টার্স কমপ্লিট করার পরে আমার জীবনের কিছু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সময়ে অন্য কাজে ব্যয় করে ফেলেছি, যখন বুঝলাম যে আমার একটা ভালো সরকারি জব দরকার, তার জন্য নিজেকে প্রস্তুত করলাম কিন্তু কোন পরীক্ষায় দিতে পারেনি এখন পর্যন্ত, এখন আমার বয়স 30 পার হয়ে যাচ্ছে! 32 হলে আমার জন্য অনেক বড় পাওয়া হবে!

For the last three years, many people have applied for the exam, but the exam is not taking place. Now since March last year there have been no major recruitment exams except for a few exams. Today is the age, the last frustrated. I want an opportunity to prove my qualifications by increasing my age.
