I, BY MY NAME ATTACHED HEREON, DO ATTEST UNDER PENALTY OF LAW, THAT FOR THE REASONS HELD WITHIN THIS PETITION, AS A CONSTITUTIONAL SOVEREIGN CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, WITH THE POWERS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES VESTED IN AND OF THE PEOPLE, I SO DIRECT EACH STATE TO ADHERE FAITHFULLY, ETHICALLY, MORALLY AND LEGALLY UNDER THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, WHEREIN THERE ARE NO FACTS TO THE CONTRARY, TOWIT: 1) That the President directed, approved and left unhindered, law suits against the many States that sought to purge illegal voters from their voter’s rolls, by the Obama administration, and 2) That the President directed, approved and left unhindered, law suits against the many States that sought to require picture ID from all voters before being issued a ballot, in an effort to limit or end illegal voters and illegal votes, by the Obama administration, and 3) That the President and his administration has a long history of direct and indirect ties with radical organizations with records of voter intimidation, voter registration fraud, voter fraud, and 4) That the President and as Commander in Chief and with his administration, has in fact sued to prevent our nation’s military from voting, been complicit in the delay and or failure to deliver ballots to our military personnel around the world, demand compliance within the military to make sure every serviceman or woman, have a timely chance of casting their ballot and has made no concerted effort to have such valid ballots delivered to the respective states before November 6, 2012, nor made any effort to assure that every military vote was in fact counted and certified, and 5) That the President and his administration has a long history of direct and indirect ties with radical organizations with records of vote tampering, ballot tampering, machine tampering, false counting of ballots, refusal to count valid ballots, and 6) That the President unlawfully circumvented the Constitution, the laws of the land and the will of the people, by using Executive Orders gave status, public rights and gifts to illegal immigrants, targeted free cell phones, reversing laws regarding Welfare reform and other acts of bribery for votes, and 7) That the President, nor Attorney General of the United States, nor a single State within the Union, nor the Federal Elections Commission, upon undisputable evidence of vast voter fraud, voting fraud, machine fraud and counting fraud, has requested or ordered a general recount of every LEGAL vote, inclusive of all military votes within any State or as a whole of the United States, and THEREFORE; We the People, as sovereign citizens of the United States of America uphold our Constitutional responsibilities and duties and hold responsible the individual Secretaries of State in each of these states accountable, as well and equal to all Congressmen, State Party Officials, with the knowledge and understanding of the facts related in points 1 through 7, hereon attached above, hereby demand, expect, insist and direct, that no Electors from each State of the Union, shall cast such votes in the Electoral College, and “We the People”, as guaranteed in the Constitution, as per Article II of the U.S. Constitution AND the 12th Amendment, have the power to correct a wrong and in the process, save our nation, and It is also a fact that each State within the Union has a fundamental Constitutional moral and legal obligation to protect the State and the nation‘s sovereign citizens, against ALL ENEMIES, both foreign & domestic, and The founding-fathers gave us the Electoral College for several reasons. Vote-Fraud is one of those reasons. As stated in the Constitution and the 12th Amendment: “A quorum for this Purpose shall consist of a Member or Members from two thirds of the States”, thus the People have redress against the wide spread fraud that disenfranchised the PEOPLES legal votes and the honest results of those votes, rather than punish the nation by accepting such fraudulent results as the conspirators desired, and That the Secretaries of State in each of these states accountable, as well and equal to all Congressmen, State Party Officials, with the knowledge and understanding of the facts related in points 1 through 7, hereon attached above, shall comply with the demand herein, for and by the PEOPLE, each sovereign citizens all, or face further public outrage and charges of not less than sedition.
