The sentencing for child sexual abusers in the UK is risible, and needs to be increased. Those from religious backgrounds, including those in hierarchial positions in religious organisations, found to be complicit by covering up for child sexual abusers ,must also be tried in a civil court, with no soft options for them because of their status. Multiple Bishops and superious in religious orders in the Roman Catholic Church and the Church of England have got away scottfree for their involvement in child sexual abuse UK, This loophole in the law needs to be addressed with just punishment.

Abuse does alot of damage we should have rights to no who os around our children so we can keep them safe.. iv been living with this damage all my life.. and still find life hard.. its got to be stopped!!!!

My mum was a child abuse survivor. The horror never left her. She drilled it in to us to always speak out as she did. I am signing this for my mum and all the innocents who can't speak out for themselves

Supporting CSA survivors all across the world starts with taking a stand. As an Australian whose heritage is British/Scottish AND a CSA survivor, I know how real this fight is. Children are innocents and have done NOTHING to deserve being treated as anything but the innocents that they are. Stop allowing SICK, PERVERTED individuals giving kids life sentences in return for destruction of their lives. Stop pedophiles and save our children NOW!!
