It can't possibly be legal to murder a dog just for being on your property if he isn't doing anything wrong. Prosecute to the full extent of the law.

I want the max penalty imposed, its a felony in all 50 states, we demand jail time, full prosecution, H e had no right to murder that animal, This needs to stop, people just pull out a gun and murder for fun. 0 tolerance for animal abuse and cruelty

This is heartbreaking!! This "multimillionaire good-ole-boy" murdered this dog for NO REASON! He must be charged and held accountable! Just because he is wealthy, doesn't put him above the law!

I am outraged that someone can kill an animal, murder a dog & walk away from it. This man needs to have charges & face them in court. Are you gonna wait till he kills a human? what kind if monster kills a dog. You let him walk away from this, he will kill someone else. His actions brought pain & misery to this family & for that murder, he should be charged!

This guy must be brought to justice & prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law for killing an innocent family pet, just because he wandered into his yard! This poor dog did not threaten this guy at all or his animals! Way too many evil people in this Country!

Someone who is this synnical and cruel towards a neighbors pet/family member deserves a jail sentence at the minimum. This is horrible. Anyone who could do such a thing is a monster and doesnt deserve to live in a civilized world with the rest of us.
