This is shameful and the man(no matter his income) should be punished for killing the dog. I hope he hurts as the owners are hurting.

I have repeated this over and over because it is true. When a person can do something to a Pet, they can do the same to a child. It is the same reason. To Gain Power over their Victim. Get these people out of Society or the next will be a child. Don't just let him out. We have a Epidemic of Child Death due to abuse. We have a epidemic of Child Hunger, Homelessness, Child Trafficking. Our Children need protection. I have tried to get people aware of the horror going on in front of their noses

This is very disturbing! I'm a dog owner and my 2 dogs are family, if someone did this to one of my dogs, I'd be devastated. This family deserves closure in regard to this heinous act!
