What gives the right just because someone is a millionaire and a law abiding citizen get away with out right murder of an innocent animal? What is wrong with you southerner people would it be okay if he did the same to a human no his ass would be in jail waiting to speak to the judge. Give the family the right to sue this ass hole animal killer and face the charges in front of the judge.....no animal deserves to be murdered in cold blood, really no different than a cop killing someone in cold blood.....actions speak louder than words do your job cop man and make this insane millionaire manic face the right charges for murder of animal cruelty.....
