I know how small towns operate in a lot of cases and it's just not right. Do what's right and arrest this "person". What a waste of a good dog. :(

The shooter needs to be arrested and heavily fined for shooting his neighbors dog especially when it was running away from him. This was a horrible act of abuse/murder on a family's beloved dog for no reason other than just because it was born a pit bull! No excuse for it and I hope this man is PUNISHED in a way to fit the crime no matter if he is wealthy or holds a 'position' or what!!!!
