I am sickened but not surprised that a person of financial influence is getting away with this. This is the 21st century and the United States of America, and all men are created equal, so that means all men must be treated equally "if you do a crime, you should do the time", regardless of how much money you have in the bank, or how much influence you have in the community. I hope that this man Jeremy Baker is brought to justice, and they hit him where it will most likely hurt him the most, his bank account!!! And, I hope that includes a large financial restitution for this family of the deceased dog for pain and suffering, and the loss of a beloved family member!!!
