The person responsible for this should be punished and should only receive the consideration that he gave this poor baby...which is a bullet to the heart while he runs for his life...this makes me sick. I'm so sorry for the families loss.

An animal that is being abused is subject to the law. But why is this different. There are laws to protect animals but I guess if you have plenty of money you never have to be subject to the law.

I am so sorry to this family for the loss of their boy!! This man SHOULD BE ARRESTED! Especially since he knew the dog and knew he wasn't aggressive!! My thoughts are with you guys!

The law is not meant to be enforced at the discretion of the police dept. Officers of the law do not have the right to exempt their friends. They should do their job or lose their jobs.
