Why has this man not been arrested? What's the point in having laws if they are not followed through? To some T bone might be just a dog, but to his owners he was family. DA stop dragging your feet and do your job! Is that not the reason tax payers pay your bills?

This is deplorable any person that kills an innocent animal needs to be arrested and sentenced to the fullest extent of the law . We need to make an example of every single person who does this people need to know that animal cruelty will not be tolerated under any circumstances

This is murder! The man should receive the harshest punishment possible. His act was pure evil. The dog suffered and died and his family is going through suffering and heartache due to the loss of their beloved family member.
