This is not right,the neighbour knew the dog well,knew it wouldn't have harmed him or his pets,but still chose to shoot him when he was running away.This incident must be investigated,otherwise he will think that he is above the law,and no.one is above the law,my sympathies goes out to the family who lost T.bone.

a guy who shot a neighbors dog last year in walton got some jail time and probation. Tenessee needs to step up their dog laws!!!
