There is no reason that the lights should be canceled this or any year.

We the people demand that the lights be turned on and the memorial readings take place ! This is obviously a decision based on political views and is a blatant attack on those police officers who both risked their lives and perished on that day . This is absolutely disgusting and disrespectful !!! Turn on the lights !!!!

As a family member of one who gave all FF MICHAEL BOCCHINO as well as a friend to many who have PERISHED on that horrific day. I demand the memorial continue , peacefully such as a protest!
