My husband and I are Coug Alum and getting ready for our daughter to attend WSU Fall 2017. We travel to Pullman 5-8 times every Fall to watch games. It's always stressful driving on Highway 26 no matter how safe of a driver you are. After last weekends devasting loss of two young WSU students, it frightens me to the point that our daughter will not be driving herself to school - we will drive her over or she will fly. Not everyone has the time to drive their kids over to Pullman or go pick them up. Let's get the roads safe for all!! Go Cougs!

The road has been dangerous for years and we lose loved ones every year. Olympia doesn't have any priority to fix this because it's on the Eastside. Let them hear us say that it's time to care about all Washingtonians even if they live on the other side of the mountains.

I slid off the road on my travels back to Pullman, roads are very dangerous.

There have been too many deaths! Since I have been attending WSU these last three years there has been at least 3-6 deaths EVERY break either due to weather or due to the lack of safe means of passing. It is time for something to be done. These are unnecessary lives lost and I don't want to lose anyone else. I am greatful that I have made it every time but I just lost my best friend to these roads. It is time for change.
