We the undersigned state our belief that the President, Secretary Treasurer and the Region 8 Coordinator of the Public Employees Federation (PEF) have engaged in actions; that are unconstitutional under the PEF Constitution – (Article XXII Bill of Rights for PEF Members), that deny members’ constitutional rights, that discourage membership involvement, that disenfranchise the membership and prevent the democratic operation of this union. We hereby demand that the PEF President, Secretary Treasurer and the Region 8 Coordinator cease and desist from further such unconstitutional actions.

I am honestly stunned by how many of you stepped forward to call for accountability in our union. This momentum belongs entirely to the members who decided that our constitution deserves to be respected.

About time someone stood up to these guys. Corruption is everywhere in PEF.
This is long overdue. They act like they own the place and forget who pays their salaries. Time for a change.

Totally agree. The leadership needs to listen to the members instead of making up their own rules as they go along.
