Demand Repair of the damps and the sources of damp in the apartments in Dream One

I have got damp flat , huge water seepage was exist, building material also worst, Extra electric charges they have applied without any evidence, real sqft is less than the committed sqft

This is so urgent for us

My flat has damp problem behind bathroom walls.

There was dampness in the small bedroom wall at 6B1, Block 3, which I had pointed during provisional handover but I was told that it is related to putty.

Delayed possession. Unprofessional service. Damp issues in multiple areas of the project.

In my case three wall was having damp issues and they broke wall twice to fix this. Still one wall have damp.

Very much disappointed & frustrated by the unprofessional behaviour of the builder

After taking full payment including late payment interest in apr 2023, we did not get electricity connection yet. Damp issue in flat and no parking allotment.

Damp in the kitchen wall of Flat 12A1, Block 3.This wall is the partition wall between the bathroom and kitchen.
