Appalling that an organization such as this one has taken that approach. Make things right.

I emailed the CEO a 4-5 proposal to request financial help with funding for my non-profit that is dedicated to fighting postpartum depression with families and mothers. She never responded back or commented on her page when I left her a comment that I emailed her. Yet for the past few years I have LOST money trying to fundraiser for the Climb Out of Darkness Walk each year. She can contact me to raise more money for her but cannot acknowledge an email and comment requesting for a grant to continue the fight against Postpartum Depression after she earned over 400,000 last year from the walk. I requested a grant for $650.00 and not a word from her. What does that say? To me it speaks volumes what she is about now.

I support Jasmine and Graeme. I am grateful to learn from insights into their activism. I deplore the tone of patroness to the needy that I see, and it is particularly unacceptable in a Southern White women who has already been asked to learn to do better.

As a mother, a Woman of Color, and a black professional providing care to Women who look like me, my children and my community, I stand with Graeme and Jasmine on their efforts for dismantling a system that isn't just for US-women of color.

As a medical professional who has referred women to PP and as a white women committed to dismantling the systems of white supremacy that harm communities of color MOST ESPECIALLY BLACK WOMEN it is unacceptable to me, personally and professionally, that PP has not made meaningful changes to reckon with their internalized and harmful biases and ignorances. This must be addressed.

Black women do not have time for these kinds of games—particularly when the mental health of us Black mothers is at stake. Get it together PP. Seriously.
