Michelle Moore has resigned from the board. I am truly stunned by the outcome and know this belongs entirely to the people who insisted on accountability.

The parents and taxpayers of CISD believe Trustee Moore has failed in her duties. Ms. Moore’s mismanagement of the District Diversity Council and failure to engage the broader community has been a dereliction of her duties. Potential violations of the Open-Meetings Act have left many concerned that her objective has been to serve special interests rather than the interests of CISD students. Therefore, we are demanding her immediate resignation as a CISD Trustee and that her replacement be filled by a special election rather than an appointment. It's clear that Ms. Moore has no intention of fulfilling her responsibilities in looking out for her students or community, and only her overreaching and unnecessary agenda.
I'm in complete agreement that her actions are worthy of complete removal . She has lost the trust of the overwhelming Community .
The actions of Ms. Moore are both destructive to our community and do not show the level of integrity we expect of our representatives.
Moore is very unprofessional during the school board meetings. She would already be fired from her job in a corporate setting.
Please simply resign and allow CISD the opportunity to install a member that will work to restore the values that our community worked so hard to attain

CISD families are in this together for a better Southlake. We want the best and Ms. Moore is not up to the CISD standards
