This was a brutal beating, the abuser was intent on making the horse suffer. No animal should have to be the victim of such brutality.

He needs to be locked up and an eval needs to be done. People that abuse animals will move on to hurting humans, it is proven by mr Ressler of the FBI who deals with profiles. It is time the law is followed and this man is punished for what he did. It has also been proven this is not the first time he has abused animals by other videos.
