I beg of you to please do the right thing for Justice (the horse) who was unmercifully beat with a whip until the whip broke then he proceeded to tie his leg so he couldn't get away from the beating that continued with him using an electrical cord to continue to beat him. Justice did nothing wrong, yes he kicked out a tail light but that was an easy fix and he deserved none of the abuse that he was given. If you do not prosecute this man to the fullest extent of the law then you are no better than him. If he will do that to an innocent animal what will he do to a human being? He should also NEVER EVER be allowed to have another animal FOREVER. When I watched the horrific beating of Justice the only thing I could think of every time that stupid whip hit his back was all the whips that JESUS CHRIST

Shaquille Tucker should never be around an animal again. Not only did he beat the horse but turned his 3 dogs on a defenseless raccoon. He is an animal abuser to the highest extent. Please do the right things and order him to NEVER be around ANY animals EVER again. We are aware that Shaquille Tucker, defendant, is friends with the police chief and possibly with the District Attorney or Prosecutors in Conecuh County, Alabama. He should be prosecuted under the Alabama Cruelty Felony laws and serve time in prison - A maximum sentence under the State of Alabama Aggravated Cruelty laws § 13A-11-14.1. I stand against animal cruelty.

This man should never be allowed to work with horses again. He needs to spend time in jail, not given a slap on the wrist. He will repeat this offense again and probably to humans. Most likely he has done this before and it is obvious that his anger and joy of cruelty will not stop if he isn't stopped.

There had better be justice and a fitting punishment in this case. The public is aware that the defendant is friends with local police. This man should not be allowed to own any animals for a very lengthy amount of time, if ever. Him, and his friends and acquaintances, seem to think this is a normal way to treat an animal and frankly, its scary.

This happened in a small town where you obviously see a lot of corruption. This video should be enough for a hefty animal cruelty charge. Also, he should not be allowed to have horses or any animal again. I do not stand for abuse and cruelty of any kind- especially towards an innocent, sentient being!! We will keep pressing this until something real is done and justice is served.
