For these atrocious crimes, he was sentenced by Judge David E Reich to 4 years in jail and 5 years of probation. To say this is a slap on the wrist in an understatement, as child rapists can rarely be rehabilitated and frequently re-offend. This Judge is sworn to protect the public and he is putting future BABIES and children at risk. He raped, beat and tortured a baby. He had child pornography on his phone, and Judge David E Reich still gave him this lenient sentence. Judge Reich is a danger to the public in his position and needs to be removed. Help me demand the good people of Bismarck, North Dakota remove him, or he resign immediately. Shame on you Judge Reich!
