After waiting 21 days I was told to wait 10 weeks, after the 10 weeks I called. I was told by mid summer?!? Refund date Still unknown!

My tax return (account) transcript says that no return has been filed, (though I have verification from my tax preparation service and the IRS that my federal return was accepted by the IRS on February 17th). On the Where's My Refund website, my status had not updated in over 6 weeks and has been stuck on "still processing." I cannot get any specific or coherent information from any of the IRS agents or tax advocates other than it is on "hold" for 10 weeks and to simply keep waiting for an undetermined amount of time.

It’s been over 2 months and I still have not received my tax return. Every time I call they tell me something different, I’ve called 6 times.

I have been waiting 9 weeks for my refund status to get out of "still processing" and I can't get anyone to tell me why it is there still.
