I been hacked by clicking a “copy right link” hacker changed everything and I dont under why I cant request the support to let instagram know that I have been hacked! Facebook & Instagram needs to better! I have been trying for a month now! I have over 45,000 followers

I only had a small following, but I was using instagram to help build a following for my art. That's all gone now. The hardest part is their Help Center leads me in circles, which adds to the frustration.

Instagram and Facebook both need to take better care of their small business owners and creators. It seems that unless you're a large corporation, you can't get anyone on the phone for customer service. This needs to change, otherwise they'll become irrelevant.

Owning is business no matter how big or small is a two way street. Facebook and Instagram owe their success to the millions of people who use their platforms each and very day. The very least Facebook and Instagram can do is be there in a time manner to support serious customer service issues like a hacked account.

This is every small brand’s worst nightmare. I’ve never been hacked (knock on wood), but have found the lack of support incredibly frustrating. With algorithm changes that affect small businesses and brands, the platform is becoming more of a headache than a value-add to my work. I hope something changes soon.
