The ICC definitely have the right to prosecute Hamas for war crimes for distraction of property and violations against humanity. No one has the right to infringe on anyone else privacy and violate the law of the rights of any citizen in Israel. Terrorizing is not acceptable any any shape or form. I’m praying for God given wisdom to Government leaders and to take proper steps to bring it to the forefront and proper action to take place.

Hamas is a terrorist organization attempted to invade the sovereign nation of Israel. Israel is defending itself from invaders seeking to kill Israeli citizens.

Hamas has organized riots along the Gaza border and urged its population to infiltrate into Israel. They have called on the public to attack Israelis in their homes, and threatened to kidnap and murder as many as possible. Youngsters in Gaza are being encouraged to carry out cross border arson attacks against Israeli farmers using flaming kites. The twisted strategy centers on causing civilian causalities and generating condemnations of Israel.
Hamas’ actions violate international law and are war crimes. They must be held accountable and prosecuted.

Gaza has not been “occupied “ since 2005. The only occupation Gazans can be protesting is that of the State of Israel!!!

The protesters made no effort to hide their arson attack method to send fire over the border to burn fields, homes, anything on the Israeli side.
Their provocation and attempts to break through the Wall, inciting Israel to shoot those acting to break through the wall and invade the country to carry out killings and taking hostages is a war crime.
Hamas organised this confrontation with their members at the front and is responsible for all the terrible activity at the border.

The actions of Hamas are illegal and individual farmers living in a neighboring state should not have to pay for politics. They deserve to be repaid for their losses.

Hamas has committed crimes against humanity in the name of Pan Arab aggression and the UNWRA fuels this by funding the continuous anti semitic education of the next generation of innocent Palestinian children so they remain the fodder of Hamas for generations to come.
