The failure of the UN Security Council and the world nations to condemn the criminal actions of Hamas over years, against its own people as well as against Israel, is sickening hypocrisy. It is time to invoke legal frameworks to bring them to justice.

If you, ICC, truly care for the health and safety of the Palestinian families living in Gaza, free them from the inhumane abhorrence of being used as human shields by the twisted-minded, detestable, terrorists Hamas regime. Seize this opportunity to give the gift of LIFE, PEACE and a HOPE-FILLED FUTURE to the Palestinian children by prosecuting the HAMAS REGIME for WAR CRIMES, NOT ONLY AGAINST THE Israeli citizens, BUT AGAINST THEIR OWN PALESTINIAN YOUTHS and CHILDREN!. HAMAS is a cruel and evil terrorists regime that CAUSED the DEATHS of those Palestinians killed these past few months. Hamas hides weapons and ammunition in the basements of hospitals, schools and mosques. Hamas uses ambulances to carry weapons and ammunition. Hamas's actions are by no means defensible.
