Eles pediram ao público que atacasse israelenses em suas casas e ameaçaram sequestrar e assassinar o maior número possível de pessoas. Jovens em Gaza estão sendo encorajados a realizar ataques criminosos contra agricultores israelenses usando pipas flamejantes. A estratégia distorcida centra-se em causar causalidades civis e gerar condenações de Israel.
